4 Cheese Chicken Fettuccine            Sharon Marsh

 

1 (8 ounce) pkg. Fettuccine

1 can cream of Mushroom Soup

1 (8Oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed

1 (4 ½ oz.0 can Mushroom, drained and sliced

1 cup whipping cream

½ cup butter

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 ½ cups cooked and cubed chicken

 

Cook Fettuccine according to pkg. directions.  Meanwhile in a large saucepan combine soup, cream cheese, mushrooms, cream, butter and garlic powder.  Stir in cheeses.  Cook and stir until melted.  Add chicken and heat thoroughly.  Drain Fettuccine and add sauce.  Transfer to a 2 ½ quart baking dish.  Combine the topping and sprinkle over chicken mixture.  Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
