Sift and set aside:                                               A-Z ingredients:

3 cups flour                                                         grated apples

1 teaspoon salt                                                     chopped apricots

1 teaspoon baking soda                                        mashed bananas

3 teaspoons cinnamon                                          grated carrots

½ teaspoon baking powder                                   cherries, pitted and chopped

                                                                          fresh or canned peaches

Beat together in a large bowl:                                fresh or canned pears

3 eggs                                                                 crushed and drained pineapple

                                                                          1 cup only canned pumpkin

Add and cream well:                                            raisins, chopped

1 cup oil                                                              raspberries, chopped

2 cups sugar                                                        fresh or frozen strawberries

                                                                          zucchini, grated

Add:

3 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups A-Z

 

Add:

Dry ingredients.  If wanted, add chopped nuts now.  Spoon into two greased loaf pans and bake at 325 for one hour or until done.
