BAKED CHICKEN Joan Kelsey
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 to 10 pieces of skinless boneless chicken
Make a sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, grated
cheese,
lemon juice and chicken soup.
Cover bottom of 9X12 glass dish with small amount of
sauce. Place 8 to 10
pieces of skinless boneless chicken over sauce; then cover chicken with sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover & bake an additional 20-30 minutes. (ok if browns but not necessary.) Sauce is great on baked potatoes
