BROCCOLI CASSEROLE     Vikki Mills

 

1 can of sliced water chestnuts

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

½ cup mayonnaise (Best Foods)

¼ can lemonade or ¼ cup lemon juice

2 ½ lbs or 3 packages frozen broccoli blanched & drained

1 can of French fried onions

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

 

Mix water chestnuts, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and lemonade (or lemon juice).

Add broccoli and mix

Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish

Put French fried onions over the broccoli mixture and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.

 

Bake 350      40 – 45 min.
