BROCCOLI SALAD    Bonnie Norman

 

4 cups broccoli

1 cup sliced almonds, toasted at 350 degrees for 8 minutes

2 cups apples, diced

½ pound bacon (I use bacon bits)

2 to 3 green onions, finely diced

½ cup celery, diced

½ cup craisins

 

Dressing:

1-1/2 cup mayonnaise

1-1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

½ cup sugar

 

Toss together the broccoli, through craisins. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and mix into the salad mixture.
