CHICKEN PASTA SALAD   Kathie Homer

        (A FAVORITE)

4 cups cubed chicken (I use the roasted ones from the grocery store)

2 cups cooked bow tie pasta

2 cups tri-colored rotini pasta

2 cups red grapes

3/4 cup chopped green onion

2 cups diced celery

2 cups diced Red Delicious Apple

20 oz. can drained pineapple tidbits

1 cup mayonnaise

1 16 oz. Kraft or Hidden Valley coleslaw dressing

Cashews

 

Mix the chicken through the pineapple in large bowl.

Make a Dressing with the mayonnaise and dressing mix.

Toss together and sprinkle top with cashews.
