8 chicken breasts (cooked how you would like with seasonings)

1 can 13g Pineapple tidbits, drained

1 c. diced celery

½ c slivered almonds

1 can of Mandarin. Oranges, drained

¾ c sliced grapes

Dressing, recipe follows

 

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.  Lightly toss the chicken and the remaining ingredients.

 

Dressing:

            2 T. of vegetable oil

            2 T. fresh orange juice

            2 T. vinegar

            ½ tsp. salt

            ½ c. mayo

Mix ingredients together.
