CINNAMON APPLE SALAD        Kay Call

                                               

1 6-0z pkg. cherry jell-o

¼ cup cinnamon hearts

2 apples, peeled and shredded

Cool Whip, optional

 

Dissolve cinnamon hearts in 2 cups boiling water, and jell-o and stir until dissolved, add 2 cups cold water and shredded apples.  Pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.  Can top with Cool Whip.
