Small Head Cabbage shredded

1 or 2 Carrots, shredded

Onion, shredded (amount to your taste)

Dressing: 1/3 C. Vinegar

1/4 C. Oil

1/3 C. Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

You can top with 1 can mandarin oranges, drained.
