1 bag coleslaw
½ pint whip cream
2 to 4 Tbsp sugar
½ onion , finely chopped
½ green pepper, finely chopped
2 red apples, do not peel and finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Craisins, lots for color
Toss together and enjoy.
