Carol's Caramel Icing Carol Orr

1 cup cream

1/4 cup white corn syrup

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

Combine ingredients and cook to soft ball stage.

Cool pan in cold water.

When lukewarm, beat with a wooden spoon until it loses its high gloss and the texture changes.

2 cups white sugar, no brown

2 Tbsp cocoa (mix into the sugar)
