Cream Cake     Carol Orr

 

1 1/4 cups cream

3/4 cups milk

3 eggs

1 ½ cups sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla or Lemon flavoring 

4 tsp baking powder (2 tsp soda if cream is sour)

2 ½ cups flour

3/4 tsp salt

 

Beat cream, milk, eggs, sugar and flavoring; mix baking powder, flour and salt. Then add into the cream mixture gradually

Pour into greased and floured  9 X 13 pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for metal  pan for 35 minutes  or  350 degrees if glass.

375 degrees for 15 minutes for cupcakes
