GREAT PARMESAN RED POTATOES Phyllis Ross
5 pounds red potato, washed and cut in
1/8
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1. Put potatoes and remaining
ingredients into a 1 gallon size zip lock bag.
Shake until all pieces are well coated.
Bake on large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with "Pam".
2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45
minutes
Notes: This recipe can be halved.
