HOT CHOCOLATE MIX (DRY) Dorothy Johnson

1 - lb. can instant chocolate drink mix (or 3 cups measured)

8 quart pkg. instant powdered milk (or 2-1/2 quarts measured)

6 oz. jar pream or coffee mate (or scant 1-1/2 cups measured)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Add all ingredients together in a large bowl with a lid. (I use one

of the large Tupperware bowls with the lid). Seal lid on tightly and

shake up and down to mix. Serve by adding about 1/3 cup of this

chocolate mix to 1 cup of hot water.

May be stored in a sealed container for a number of months

even at room temperature. We love to take this camping or sleigh-

riding or picnicking.

One recipe serves about 50 people. Some may add more than

1/3 cup mix to their cup! Our family and friends love this recipe!
