1 stick butter, melted  (can cut to ¾ stick)

1 ½ c. uncooked rice

1 can French onion soup

1 can beef consume’ soup

1 small can mushrooms

 

Stir all ingredients together and put in covered casserole dish.  Bake at 300 for 1 ½ hours.  Stir before serving.

 

(This is an elegant rice dish that never fails to be a hit.)
