KIWI LIME PIE   Nona Nelson

 

1 small package lime jell-0

1 cup boiling water

2- 6 ounce kiwi lime yogurt

11/2 cup whipping cream (measure 11/2 cup whipping cream and then whip)

1 graham cracker crust

 

Dissolve jell-o in boiling water and cool.

Fold in kiwi lime yogurt.

Whip cream and fold in and pour into crumb crust.  Refrigerate.

 

Graham Cracker Crumb Recipe

 

1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup white sugar

1/3 cup butter, softened

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and 1/3 cup butter or margarine. Press into a 9 inch pie plate, reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 minutes.  Cool.
