MARBLED CHOCOLATE BARS Sharon Marsh

1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix

1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese softened

½ cup sugar

1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips, divided

Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Stir together the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in ½ cup of the chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls over the batter. Sprinkle cake with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
