MOONWALK CAKE         Annette Wells

 

1 cup water

½ cup margarine.  

1 cup flour

4 eggs

2 small pkgs. of instant pudding,

1   8oz pkg. cream cheese

12 oz carton Cool Whip

Hershey choc syrup

 

Put water and margarine in a pan and bring to boil. Add flour.  Remove from heat and mix until it pulls away from sides. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time.  Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.  Mix 2 small pkgs. of instant pudding, beat in cream cheese.   Spread on crust.  Spread on Cool Whip then drizzle Hershey choc syrup on top.
