PASTA SALAD

6 (or more) eggs, hard cooked
12 oz small pasta
2 cup mayonnaise
3 squirts of mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
A dash of dill is optional
1 bunch of green onions
??? celery
Boil pasta according to package directions. Mix mayonnaise and half of the hard cooked
eggs. Add mustard and salt and pepper to
taste. A dash of dill is optional. Chop the
green onions & celery. Mix with
pasta. Combine all ingredients. Slice remaining eggs & arrange on
top. Let stand several hours to allow
flavors to set.
