PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS Judy Evans

½ c. Shortening 1 ¾ Flour

½ c sugar ½ tsp. Salt

½ c Brown sugar 1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. Vanilla 2 T. milk

1 egg ½ c Peanut butter

Beat the shortening and sugars then beat in the vanilla and egg. Mix the flour, salt and soda. Mix in the flour mixture, milk and peanut butter.

Individually roll small balls, roll each in sugar and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 350 for 7-10 minutes.

Take out of the oven and place a choc. Candy kiss in each cookie then cool & EAT
