PORK TENDERLOIN            Bonnie Norman

 

½ cup Soy Sauce

2 cloves minced garlic

1-teaspoon gr. Ginger

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 pound pork tenderloin

½ cup honey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

¼ cup Sesame Seeds

 

Mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and olive oil in a heavy plastic container. 

Place pork in the marinade and allow to sit overnight refrigerated.

Set oven to 400 degrees

Remove the meat and pat dry.

Mix the honey and brown sugar in a pan and heat.

Coat the meat with warm honey mixture

Cover with sesame seeds

Roast in shallow pan 30-40 minutes
