Poppy Seed Chicken            Kathie Homer

 

6 chicken breasts (8 small) or the equivalent in chicken tenders

4 cans cream of chicken soup (I use 2 regular and 2 less fat)

20 oz, sour cream (1 16 oz. pkg. plus 4 oz.)

1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers - crushed

3 Tbsp melted butter

3 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

 

Mix soup and sour cream

Mix crackers & butter

Alternately layer over chicken (2 layers)

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Serve with Angel Hair Pasta
