SPARKLING CILANTRO WATER  Sister Bartles

This is a handy seasoning to add sparkle to veggies or leftovers.

 

2 cups cooled ginger tea*

1 tbs. fresh cilantro

Blend cooled ginger tea and fresh cilantro together well

Store cilantro water in a jar in the refrigerator and use it to moisten

and flavor anything you are cooking or reheating.

 

*To make Ginger Tea:

fresh ginger root

3 cups water

 

Peel the brown exterior from fresh ginger root and chop root into chunks.  Cover root chunks with water.  Steep the fresh ginger root to make a tea.  Do not boil.
