Sauerkraut Even the Kids Like   Dawn Lindsay

     

Can of sauerkraut or whatever amount you want

Bacon, as much as you like.

1 whole onion, chopped

Ketchup, according to taste.

 

 

Drain and wash the sauerkraut.

Chop the bacon and fry. Before the bacon is done, add the onion to the frying pan. Sauté until bacon is done and the onions are softened.

Place sauerkraut in a saucepan and add drained bacon and onion.

Add ketchup to saucepan, according to taste.

Cook for 5 minutes.
