1# Ground Beef

            Salsa

1 onion, chopped fine

2 tomatoes, diced

1 or 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Lettuce

Tortilla Chips

Italian Dressing

Salsa

 

Brown ground beef and drain.  Add salsa to moisten and simmer for 15 minutes.  Drain and cool

Chop onion, dice tomatoes and avocado.  Add to ground beef, pinto beans and cheese.

Put lettuce and tortilla chips in two separate bowls.

Put lettuce on each plate, then ground beef mix, then crumbled tortilla chips.

Put on Italian dressing and additional salsa to taste.

 

Serve with sopapillas and honey.
