TACO SOUP Sister Bartles
3 chicken breasts,
cooked and shredded
1 large onion,
chopped
1 tsp. garlic,
minced
2 ripe tomatoes,
chopped
1 large can red
sauce (Wal-mart)
1 tsp "better
than bullion" seasoning
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can red beans
1 package of
frozen corn
1 tsp cilantro,
chopped
diced carrots,
optional
ginger tea water
crumbled white corn chips
Rinse cans with
ginger tea water and add to soup.
Put all
ingredients except crumbled white corn chips in a crock pot and simmer on low
for 4 hours.
Top bowls of soup
with crumbled white corn chips.
