Tomato Jam           Dawn Lindsay

 

10 pounds tomatoes

 5 pounds sugar

 2 cups apple cider vinegar

 1 tablespoon ground cloves

1 tablespoon cinnamon.

 

Peel tomatoes and chop.  Drain off juice.  Add sugar and boil for 2 or more hours.

Add apple cider vinegar, cloves and cinnamon.

Boil for 1 hour and bottle.
