TURKEY TORTILLA CASSEROLE

1 doz. Tortillas (if flour use 6)

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can water or milk

1 can Ortega chili salsa

1 8 oz. sour cream

4 cups turkey, cut into bite sized pieces

½ to ¾ lb. cheddar cheese, grated

1 medium onion, chopped

 

Break tortillas into bite size pieces.  Combine soup, water, salsa and sour= cream and heat just enough to warm.  In a large casserole, layer ingredients, starting with soup mixture, then tortillas, t= urkey, onion and cheese.  Makes about 3 layers.  End with cheese layer.  Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for = 45 minutes.  

This may be frozen.
