White Chocolate Candy    Beth Stout


2 pkg. 12 oz. white chocolate chips
1 cup chunky peanut butter

5 cups of Rice Krispies
3 cups of mini-marshmallows
1 jar(16 oz) unsalted, roasted peanuts

 

Melt chips in double boiler (micro-wave may not work).
When melted add peanut butter. Stir to heavy, runny consistency.
Mix the Rice Krispies, mini-marshmallows and peanuts together in a large bowl. 

Pour the chocolate mixture over and stir mixing well. Drop by spoonfuls on

cookie sheet-very close together. May chill in refrigerator if desired.   Makes about 60. Enjoy!
