Yogurt Blueberry Orange Muffins Carol Orr
5 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter
2 cups yogurt
4 eggs, beaten
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Cut the butter into the dry ingredients.
Lightly mix in the yogurt and beaten eggs.
Toss lightly, do not over mix
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
